1. TombRaiderFans.co.uk holds no responsibility for any adverse affects resulting from your use of this site. You sign up and use our facilities at your own risk and agree not to hold TombRaiderFans.co.uk responsible for any server downtime, loss of data due to theft or server problems, or any other detrimental occurences.

2. TombRaiderFans.co.uk is not responsible for the misconduct, misuse or abuse of any other member or of any of our facilities. You may report abuse, but if you have been harmed in any way through abuse of this site or any of it's facilities, you agree not to hold TombRaiderFans.co.uk responsible.

3. By signing up for membership, free or pro, you are agreeing without exception to these terms and conditions and recognise that any violation thereof will result in deletion of your account without refund and any other action TombRaiderFans.co.uk deem it necessary to take.

4. Pro members must agree to use their free website hosting for the creation of Tomb Raider related websites. Any website reported to contain illegal, offensive or non-related material will be deleted. TombRaiderFans.co.uk will decide what is offensive.

5. When using our chat facility, all members must agree to treat other members with respect. Some chatters may be minors. We have the ability to ban ip addresses and will do so without question if any member is found to post offensive messages in our chatroom or any of our forums.

8. All members must sign up using a valid e-mail address. You must also agree to TombRaiderFans.co.uk contacting you at any time for any purpose, which may or may not include advertising purposes.

9. You must not, under any circumstances, report TombRaiderFans.co.uk for spamming....

9a One of the conditions of your membership is that you receive occasional mailings from us and our advertisers. We will never send just ads...we will only include ads in our newsletters or in mailings regarding your account with us. Any false spam reports will be dealt with to the fullest extent! We are fully conversant with our rights in this regard! If you do not want to receive mailings from us, then we suggest you do not apply for membership.
